Instrumentation Engineer - Suido Kiko Middle East

• Designing and engineering, selection, sizing & calculations for the Instruments of water and wastewater treatment plants like transmitters, Flow meters, Level, control valves, safety valves and all types of Switches and Analytical Instrumentation etc.

• Preparation for instrument list, 1/0 list with calibration ranges, alarm setting ....... etc.

• Preparation OA/ QC requirements.

• Tendering including analysis of Technical Specifications, preparing deviations, estimating time requirements, Risk identification ......etc.

• Interacting with Customers/Consultants on Technical requirements.

• Preparation of Instrument specifications I Data sheets and instrument Index from the P&ID I bid documents. etc.

• Site supervision for installation, calibration, testing, commissioning and start-up of instruments &

• Control system.

• Preparation as-built drawings and documents.

• Selection of erection contractor.

• Coordination with project manager regarding progress changes & schedule...etc.

• Provides deliverables within budgeted cost and schedule with high level of quality.

• Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, mechanical electrical etc.

• Timely and quality close-out of projects

• Check quality of survey proposal delivered

• Adherence to company policies and procedures

• Number of complaints received from clients regarding quality

• Number of breaches to the quality control manual (number of non-compliance cases)

• Cost reductions

• Timely implementation of corrective measures

• Client satisfaction

• Improve departmental staff technical skills
