Non-Technical Trainer - JLR

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



Training & Retail Qualification Planning

• Assist the Training Manager in the annual training schedules preparation for targeted Sales & After-sales staff (Technical & Product Knowledge training).

• Assist in setting & preparing the annual training budget for presentation and discussion with direct management.

• Conduct Online & Face to face assessment as per JLR Learner Journey

Training Administration

• Documentation and arrangement of training hand-outs, training model & media, and equipment. Maintaining and ordering of the same upon approval of Training Manager.

• Producing training documentation for training participants of each course.

• Monthly report for all activity regarding training.

• Writing training reports and performing follow up with After Sale Department.

• Monitoring training enrolments vs target & plans.

• Keep training records on Excellence updated

Training Literature

• Assisting the Training Manager in developing training materials not in the JLR learner journey or for self-developing courses.

Training Models, Tools and Equipment

• Preparing and updating training aids.

• Cleaning and setting up of training models and equipment prior to the training and upon completion of the training.

• Processing technical & non-technical training for targeted staff and developing special training subjects related for Sales & After-Sales.

• Coordinate arrangements with training venue like hotels.

Training Evaluation

• Performing pre-evaluation of the training participants and final evaluation on the result of the training.

• Recommendation and action plan addressed to trainees manager.

Special Duties

• Any other special tasks from the Training Manager related to training.

General

• Co-ordinate training announcements and participant invitations to all targeted staff.

• Develop announcement circular for each training course for inclusion in Annual Training Plan.
