Officer, Workshop Control - Toyota - Al Sayer Group

A Workshop Controller ensures diagnosis, repair and delivery of vehicles to customers as per time schedule:





Follow up on pending PDI vehicles and related work with the employees of concerned section.

Coordinate with Stock Controller and Logistics Supervisor on status of invoiced vehicles for receipt or dispatch.

Monitor PDI process and coordinate with showroom Supervisors on the of special delivery vehicles as per time schedule.

Check job cards, monitor performance for time and quality and send performance report to Manager PDI.

Attend to customer complaints and ensure diagnosis and repairs of delivered vehicles.

Provide product knowledge to the customers if requested.

Provide technical assistance and advice to the technicians on vehicle mechanics and new technologies.

Ensure adherence to safety standards by the technicians at work place.

Ensure quality inspection of vehicles prior to delivery.
