Progressive have been exclusively commissioned by one of our Business Partners to execute a executive search and selection of senior Project Manager Candidates.
Our Business partner is an established company as a EPC in the field of Construction and Engineering Power sector. They specialised in execution of Turnkey Construction Contracts in the field of EPC Power Projects and in Saudi Arabia focusing mainly on CCPP & CCGT build.
Our clients is seeking to bring on a dynamic individual to lead a Project team, Civil, Planning and QA/QC departments etc. for mega mixed use development complexes and Infrastructure Projects. Provide leadership for project management team/ site management functions by managing coordinating and developing staff. Able to manage independent third party consultant appointed by our client and guides them to have project focus to lead the deliverable. Operate independently to deliver results, will meet regularly senior management team and appraise project progress and financial progress.
Should be a good administrator with strong financial and analytical thinking. Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, having experience in Power Sector working on mega projects with a minimum of 15 years.
