We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager who is capable of building a country-wide sales operation that meets both our short term and long-term sales targets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve marketing and sales objectives
• Build distribution channels (wholesale & retail) and explore new sales opportunities
• Determine annual sales plans, forecast and develop sales quotas for regions, project expected sales volumes and establish pricing strategies
• Support new product development and packaging
• Recruit, train and manage sales team
• Identify marketing opportunities and consumer requirements
• Conduct market studies and evaluate trends
• Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities
• Raise brand awareness and reputation of the company
• Build up CRM system
• Support head office in import, freight and logistics of dates and date products
