Alshaya's top-class Sous Chefs are a flexible and diverse group, able to handle the challenges of working in one of our many premium dining establishments in the Middle East. You will be responsible for producing the dishes unique to your chosen brand, as well as directing the Chef de Parties under you to maximise kitchen efficiency. You will also have a hand in training the other chefs, teaching them how to create the signature dishes of your establishment. Your own training will be handled by world-class chefs, and you will have the opportunity to apply what you learn in the exceptional service you will deliver.
