VIP IT Executive

Based in Kuwait and with occasional global travel (so we need candidates whose passport will allow them to travel very easily), for the right person this will not be a day-job but more of a hobby and a passion. You will be an avid researcher of current and upcoming technologies including mobility, software development, infrastructure, networking and wireless technologies as well as multimedia and home entertainment systems and peripherals.

Your knowledge, research and business acumen will be such that you will be able to advise and train senior executives and board members on a broad range of existing and new technologies. You will have highly developed communication skills and be able to translate technical terminology, systems and processes into everyday language.

This position will be a first point of contact for such tasks as backing up and restoring all electronic devices and systems such as Windows and Macintosh laptops, Blackberrys, Home Entertainment Systems.

You will be required to research, identify and procure equipment and systems as tasked. In addition t!o being comfortable operating in this high profile sphere, you will be equally at home offering 2nd and 3rd level support to company VIPs in a customer service and trouble-shooting role.
