Job Objective:
Assist in managing assessment center and support in conducting assessment across organization using different assessment tools for recruitment, selection & Talent Management
Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement a full flag of Assessment center, which includes various assessment tools
Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of day to day Assessment Centre activity by ensuring assessment quality and ensuring assessment center utilization
Ensure the quality of the assessment process by verifying used tools best of Assessment Centre standards and Introduce new tools
Conduct assessment, evaluation and progress reviews as appropriate
Advice and assist business with recommendation of different type of assessment available for use
Conduct feedback session with staff undergo through assessment Centre when required
Deliver workshop session on rules and regulation of assessment Centre before conducting any assessment
