The Role:
(Re-) design, implement and evaluate key business processes across the company.
The Responsibilities:
Re-design business processes
* Assess need to (re-)design a business process
* Collect requirements of stakeholders for business process re-design
* Design To-Be business process, clearly demarking manual and automated activities and defining roles and responsibilities
* Assess costs vs. benefits of process (re-)design
* Define business process objectives, KPIs and KQIs
* Apply industry standards and best practices (e.g. TM Forum's business process management knowledge).
Implement changes to business processes
* Lead implementation of business process (re-)design
* Mobilize stakeholders and manage change
* Track and report on progress of implementation
* Identify any implementation issues and resolve or escalate these.
Evaluate performance of business processes
* Monitor and evaluate business process performance and adherence to business rules.
Improve understanding of value of business process management
* Assess knowledge and understanding of business process management.
* Develop and deliver training on business process management.
