• Customer Handling Inquiries

• To Send Bookings and booking follow up with overseas agents

• Rate Negotiation with agents and deciding choice of carriers

• Obtaining rates and rates negotiation with shipping line, Airlines and co loaders

• Customer service relations and communication with all clients, over the phone and updating by means of e-mails

• To open files for each shipment and data entry

• To Check agent’s invoices, and transfer to the accounting department, also advising agents with their profit shares

• To Prepare costs payable to shipping lines / Airlines

• To handle requests from the sales team, overseas agents for bookings

• All processes related to releasing delivery order to consignee/clearing agents

• To Invoice clients and agents
