Our client, a global investment group based in Dubai is currently recruiting for a Group Human Resource Director . You will be reporting directly to the CEO.. The group is recruiting for an exceptional candidate to lead its Group HR activities and position the company for future growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the expansion of the Group Corporate Human Resources department by developing HR policies, procedures and systems, and other HR initiatives. Institute best practices across the spectrum of HR including, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Recruitment & Retention, HSE, etc
Key Tasks:
• Lead and oversee the recruitment process of employees into the designated Business Unit.
• Develop appropriate documentation to ensure all new employees recruited receive the relevant pre-employment documentation.
• Develop HR policies and procedures including appropriate compensation and incentive structures.
• Lead the development of Learning & Development and other training processes to ensure employee competence to their assigned tasks.
• Make recommendations where appropriate regarding improvements to existing policies, procedures and systems.
• Establish and continually strengthen divisional HR activities.
• Provide advice to managers and employees regarding HR issues.
• Develop appropriate reporting mechanisms to management of the Company.
