Interpreter / Liaison Officer - Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) - Holland

- Provide written translation for documents and reports from and to Arabic and English languages.

- Provide interpretation of formal letters and technical documents.

- Provide translation during training sessions and workshops.

- Accompanying staff to meeting, seminars or other similar events and providing consecutive or wispered simultaneous interpretation to/from English and Arabic.

- Proofread, edit, and revise translated materials.

- Take minutes of meeting when requested.

- Contribute to the context analysis in Jordan, advising the Deputy Head of Mission of relevant incidents, trends and changes in the context.

- Delever regular updates on the content of Arabic press and media reports, especially those that impact on the security / operational effectiveness of the mission.

- Update the mission with the latest news by collecting information from the media, web search, etc..., daily scan of Arabic media to keep MSF informed on humanitarian / medical developments.
