Manager – Project Execution (MENA)

The Manager - Project Execution is responsible for the regional and local execution of MENA turnkey and limited scope projects (execution through fabrication, installation & startup). He will serve as the MENA project manager and will manage the fabrication, installation and service (FIS) team working at our Sharjah facility. The position shall work with the Manager - Project Execution (USA) and assure proper transfer of project execution responsibilities on each project between the offices.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assure all aspects of a project are being executed efficiently and cohesively, both on budget and on schedule

• Prepare professional project plans for new and existing projects (HSE, Method Statements, Responsibility Matrices, Installation Bid Packages, Customer Submittals & QC Plans)

• Responsible for submitting submittals and O&Ms to customers, as well as having discussions to get same approved

• Become the primary point of contact for all MENA customers at all times, and participate regularly in site & coordination meetings with all project stakeholders

• Be capable of independent project management & execution of MENA projects

• Produce regular invoicing packages on projects

• Engage local and regional suppliers to assure compliance with project specifications

• Plan and coordinate all local and regional Fabrication, Installation & Service (FIS) function at our Sharjah facility

• Manage MENA warehouse inventory levels and provide regular reporting of same

• Maintain schedules and budgets including prioritizing schedules, monitoring expenditures and implementing customer change orders

• Develop and manage detailed scopes of work for field installation of projects, including evaluation of contractor bids and change management

• Manage the receipt and delivery of international shipments, including handling customs clearances, review and approval of shipping documentation and planning local equipment delivery details

• Evaluate equipment, proposals, and internal designs for reliability and integrity

• Estimate civil, mechanical and electrical costs for turnkey projects

• Assess risks related to implementation and creating management plans

• Coordinate and/or personally inspect equipment and installations

• Tightly coordinate with Manager - Project Execution at the US headquarters of BioAir Solutions

• Secure project closure via complete startup and turnover and managing documentation delivery

• May assign other assignments for which you are deemed capable
