• Look at newer opportunities covering developers, brokers, existing key employers where there is a good potential for the bank to penetrate

• Expanding business by sourcing new opportunities in the market

• Originating, documenting and closing commercial and residential mortgage loans with emphasis on residential lending

• Expanding business by leveraging on new opportunities in the market

• Expanding the customer base through a variety of effective sales techniques

• Delivering oral sales presentations to upper management of major companies

• Delivering targets as assigned by Sales Manager

• Strictly adhere to banks policy and procedures

• Achievement of 100% of KPI/target with line manager and handed down by business

• Value is set as per business

• Consistently increase the sales ensuring quality

• Manage, retain and develop business relationship with developers, brokers and key relationship to achieve set business targets, enhance/maintain the image of the bank

• Carry out the sales activity routines regularly

• Control and improve the quality of applications

• Ensure upfront reject on fresh logins to be less than 2%

• Adherence to SFE Plan assigned by SMs

• Maintain cordial working relationships with internal and external customers
