- -Able to diagnose and analyze the skin biology and problems of the clients.

-Customize and perform facial treatments using the products of the brand our company represents

- Design and perform treatment plan for each client to include facial treatments and home care products

- Follow up closely on the client’s skin problem progress and results

- Assist in marketing efforts through “up selling” services and products.

- Conduct trainings of therapists.

- Models exceptional customer service skills

- Good makeup and cosmetics skills
