Tele- Sales Executive -CRM - Al Habtoor Motors

1. Calling customers who have visited AHM showrooms and not bought the car from AHM and persuasively sell the car to the customer and understand the reason why they are not interested. 2. Calling our service customers who stopped coming to the service centres and win them back to the service centres 3. Cross and Up-sell our products to customers who are on repurchase phase. 4. Make appoints with customers for services for different branches and allocate the customers by location. 5. Calling the purchase decision making people in companies in UAE to make appointments for our fleet sales divisions. 6. Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries 7. Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company 8. Update AHM existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer 9. Handle customer complaints and grievances and create satisfaction and trust based on integrity and fair handling of all enquiries and complaints 10. Measure customers’ sales and after sales satisfaction level by conducting phone-in survey
