Administration Technician

Administer general accounting and treasury functions, as well as banking operations

Perform analyses on general ledger accounts

Prepare monthly financial statements

Supply the necessary accounting reports

Participates in departmental budget preparation and administration including monitoring and controlling expenditures

Administers assigned Treasury functions in conformance with applicable laws and regulations

Monitor, review and ensure adherence to department audit and corporate control procedures

Administer HR documentation, such as contracts of employment and payroll functions.
