Summary
The Dispute Resolution/ Litigation Section Manager will be responsible for the successful handling of all disputes referred to for resolution and the management of all litigation and enforcement matters.

Description
- Conduct investigations into and case manage including preparation of reports on disputes between services providers and service providers others- Case manage litigation matters including liaison with external counsel- Develop guidelines, processes and formal legal instruments for matters related to dispute resolution- Develop and manage database on dispute s for internal reference- Represent the client in disputes and litigation matters whenever necessary- Project manage initiatives of the Department- Develop criteria and mechanism for referring decisions of the client to an appeals body- Initiate and carryout all necessary enforcement action permitted under the applicable regulatory framework- Assist in managing the compliance database to ensure all obligations issued under the applicable regulatory framework are met- Provide legal advice on all matters related to telecommunication matters- Prepare regular reports for presentation on related issues
Profile

*Excellent oral and written skills in English and Arabic*-
A law degree from a recognized university-
Postgraduate studies in law or related discipline-
Excellent analytical skills-
Excellent case/project management skills-
Excellent understanding of civil procedure-
Sound understanding of competition law and telecommunications regulatory law
