The company designs and manufacturers a high value products for a diverse range of business sectors which includes, government, military, private sector companies, humanitarian and consumer markets. The organisation provide full radio communication solutions including amplifiers, repeaters, bay stations, antennas and handsets to clients across the globe.
This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished sales professional who is already selling in to the middle-east in to the government, defence and humanitarian sectors
Experience of developing new sales opportunities whilst developing existing accounts is essential as well as being able to demonstrate a strong consultative & solutions-sales approach. You will have a strong technical aptitude, but above all you will be able to demonstrate your track record of growing business and revenues.
Job Role
Developing sales opportunities and generating new business
Identify key growth opportunities
Set regional strategy and priorities
Work with product matter experts to deliver solutions
Manage sales pipeline
Develop account plans
Select, train and manage distributor network within the region
Work collaboratively on multi-region opportunities
Support innovation and continuous improvement
Develop and build high performing region and business
