Client Relationship Manager

- Managing the day to day operations related to your client.

- Work with Account Managers on creative concepts, proposals and execution of digital campaigns for clients.

- Actively participate in activities such as regular update meetings and ongoing communication both internally and externally.

- Attend the briefing sessions of the other departments.

- Follow up on business process internally and externally.

- Presenting, alongside agency colleagues the campaign ideas and strategy to the client when required.

- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

- Enhance existing relationships.

- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.

- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network to win new business for the agency.

- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.

- Plan approaches and pitches. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

- Responsible for meeting your revenue targets.
