Job Summary:
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Established plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of the company and build good relation with company clients.
Job Description:
• Responsible to deliver monthly sales average with annual turnover
• Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
• Control & Set up Sales targets, planning and strategies against actual budgeting per fiscal year
• Lead, manage & direct all sector of sales team ( Sales operations, showrooms, wholesale, furniture Rep, Projects Rep & Home delivery) and motivate, training them to develop them to increase the performance.
• Orient the company policies in all business operations to have the highest and maximum market share.
• High Capability and availability to open new customers and distributors in export division especially in GCC and Middle East countries.
• Set up sales planning and strategies against actual budgeting per fiscal year.
• Controlling customers' agreements according to the budget.
• Advise customers of new product and promotional launches.
• Support the Marketing dept. in plans for promotional materials during marketing companies and customers' festivals.
• Building an effective sales team and prepare staffing routes.
• Communicate objectives to the staff and superiors.
• Assist managers, supervisors & representative in planning for the opening of new sales channels with full know lodgment of internal and external procedures.
• Developing good customer and employees' relation.
• Report any competitive activities and recommend action to the sales staff.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
• Conducts one-on-one review with all sales team to build more effective communications, to understand the needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.
• Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by his team.
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Follow and responsible of all safety and quality policies and roles.
