HR Assistant

- To help update, maintain and control the plant personnel and medical files.

- To be fully aware of Saudi Labor Law, and recommend appropriate action on personnel issues consistent with the labor law.

- To keep up to date information on new governmental regulations.

- To register and follow up employees’ health care.

- To control the employees leave and tickets entitlements.

- To Control and action the validity for the following :

1. Residents (Iqamah),

2. Passports,

3. Foreigner work permits

4. Driving License

5. Company cars Registration Certificate (Istimarah )

6. Seaport Pass (to enter Yanbu King Fahd Industrial Seaport for oil discharge).

- To control production shift staff transportation.

- To check the staff daily record on a daily basis.

- To update Personnel files.

- To communicate with all departments for trainings what they need.
