Job Purpose:
a) Responds to personnel inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
b) Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
c) Ensure that HR policies and procedures are implemented
d) Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
e) Supervising all pre-employment administration
f) Create and maintain all employee personnel files, HCM and Kronos
g) Trains management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and corrective actions.
h) Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
i) Perform other work related task as required as assigned.
j) Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies

Qualifications:
a) University Degree in Business or HR / Equivalent
b) 8 years generalist HR experience (minimum)
