Verify and report the claimed executed work of Sub-Contractors, confirming the stage of work accomplished and checking the progress payments according to the accomplished work.
Coordinates with tendering / cost control regarding the cost of the projects.
Check and ensures that contracts were carefully reviewed and implemented.
Check and ensured that schedules are met.
Coordinates with the Client that all specifications are followed.
Coordinates with the Project Supervisors regarding the project status
Attend the regular meetings held at site for discussing the progress of work, problems faced and ways of solving these problems.
