To assist with all aspects of customer vehicles through the workshop ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaise with technicians, liaison with customer about any additional work required, greeting customers and scheduling service or repair using company approved paperwork, estimating time and costs associated with the repairs, handling customer complaints, responding to customer requests, tracking vehicles through the workshop, preparing quotations and pro forma invoices for customers and control of work in progress, reporting to manager any concerns regarding customer complaints, vehicles or parts delays to ensure speedy resolve, selling of extended warranty products and other products advised by the manager and help achieve monthly targets and goals.
