Supply Chain Specialist

Procurement
·Responsible for testing of Procurement and Supply Chain functions and processes for Oracle. Work with 3rd party consultants and end users to develop the testing scenarios and assist/ participate in test phases.
·Assist in the preparation/creation of new practices/procedures.
·Ensure successful implementation of common global new practices/procedures and processes across sites
·Global collection of Suppliers Data, transcription to a new database with all the details (Payments Inf., contact, commercial evaluation etc.), once is complete upload review data into Oracle.
Inventory
·Good understanding of ESP supplies
·Review, analyse, and modified current inventory list/PN.
Supplier Management
·Assist in the preparation/creation of new practices/procedures.
·Ensure successful implementation of common global new practices/procedures and processes across sites
·Assist the Supply Chain Direction in a business intelligence role of gathering/reporting supplier’s data and metrics to find new alternatives based on product development priorities and manufacturing planning.
· Classifying and analyzing expenditure data with the purpose of reducing procurement costs, improving efficiency and monitoring compliance
· Measure and monitor supplier performance, with the purposes of reducing costs, allocate business, mitigating risk and driving continuous improvement
Sourcing
·Managing product categories to identify reliable manufacturers, distributors and service providers.
·Strategic sourcing based on spend analysis and commodity management.
Assist operations department in the forecast activities related with 3rd party vendors.
