The Corporate Account Manager manages the relationships between decision-makers within Corporate Accounts and the Amadeus ACO and is responsible for the overall satisfaction, acquisition, retention & development of the assigned Accounts.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Corporate Account Manager will:
Initiate, follow-up and lead all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting to closure of sales deals
Build, develop and maintain structured relationships with CA and account decision-makers in order to develop opportunities, retain, and expand business within the accounts
Meet objectives set by Sales Director, achieving expected revenue, profitability, and satisfaction levels in portfolio
Maintain a high level of knowledge of the product portfolio and the benefits of specific solutions for Key Accounts and each targeted customer segment
Implement and monitor Account development plan and provide regular reporting
