Recruitment Supervisor - Seoudi Investment Group

- handling the recruitment cycle process by: (sourcing CVs, interviewing candidates, conducting reference check, and offer negotiation).

- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

- research and recommend new sources for active candidate recruiting.

- utilize the Internet for recruitment.

- post positions to appropriate Internet sources

- research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment

- use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

- liaise with approved recruitment agencies for cvs supply

- coordinate and Implement College Recruiting Initiatives

- design job advertisements and publish them in newspapers when needed

- communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, and source new candidate leads

- develop & implement headhunting plans

- screen applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications

- conduct initial interview with shortlisted candidates and prepare an interview report for each candidate

- assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters

- assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees

- running Job analysis to generate & update jobs when needed.
