Travel Tour Company representing 5 different products in the territory of Lebanon having an immediate vacancy for:



HR Manager



The Human Resources is responsible to develop, advise on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within an organization.



Responsibilities

• Working closely with departments, assisting products managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.

• Prepare all necessary and legal documents for staff (CNSS, ministry of finance…).

• Preparing staff handbooks.

• Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.

• Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.

• Dealing with complaints and implementing disciplinary procedures;

• Developing with products managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.

• Company enrolls currently 40 employees.

• Should be able to perform and implement training on regular basis.

• Attendance is very important, daily control is a most to the benefit of performance.

• Salary scale for the company to be made.

• Standardized Job Description for each position for all categories and levels including department heads.

• Recruitment procedures to be handled from A to Z.

• Performance, regular update + quarterly evaluation of the staff to be conducted.

• Maintain personal files and history of all employees



Package



• 6 working days / week.

• Budgeted Package is USD 1,200/-, or more depending on qualifications and experience.

• Number of daily hours to be discussed as company can be flexible, as these tasks can be handled in less than a full day job.
