The IT Service Operations Specialist (Admin/Finance) is working is our Service Operations Team and taking care of commercial and administrative tasks related to high-level Information Security Technologies. He makes sure that all business contracts are properly documented and renewed. He works closely with the sales team to prepare and provide all information required for customer communication regarding the renewals. The position is responsible for identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities in recurring business contracts and closely liaising with the Business Development Team. He takes care of the contract assets and keeps information up to date at any time. A strong commercial background in contract management is mandatory as well as a good technical understanding of IT equipment and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Follow up on recurring business
• Prepare renewals and service contracts opportunities “ready to close”
• Support Business Development Manager in renewals and service business
• Handle service contract documents
• Maintain customer, asset and contract information
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify renewal opportunities
• Identify demand based on vendor portals
• Request quotation from vendors and distribution
• Prepare proposals and contract drafts for customers
• Issue service contracts for customers
• Optimize service contracts
• Keep individual customer installed base information up to date
• Keep data bases for assets and contracts up to date
• Interact with help AG Business Development Managers, distributors, vendors and if necessary customers
• Follow code of conduct
