Marketing Manager - Rawaj Co. for Recruitment

POSITION OBJECTIVE:



• To get sustainable business in Company’s focuses areas with healthy profit margins as per annual business plan.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



1. Identify potential business areas and oversees the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.

2. Develops and implements an effective business development plan to meet or exceed established strategic business objectives.

3. Prepares and recommends business plans for establishing new business relationships

4. Researches and develops strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.

5. Develops and manages marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets for various product categories.

6. Planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.

7. Directs and coordinates company marketing functions.

8. Represents the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.

9. Promotes positive relations with customers through various contacts/agents/media building up and maintaining customer relations and pursue long term business association with Clients / Consultants.

10. Recommends and administers policies and procedures to enhance marketing operations.

11. Establishes and implements short- and long-range marketing goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

12. Undertakes performance reviews and feedback for direct subordinates.

13. Identifies and arranges for need based training inputs for subordinates.
