Operations Manager - Event Organizer

• Follow all Policies and Procedure at the store level

• Provide in the moment recognition, coaching and feedback to Staff.

• Delivering the company financial objectives

o Be informed of monthly budgets and ensure the team is fully versed on the target for the day

o Motivate team to exceed daily sales goals

o Provide feedback in the weekly Sales Driving meetings

• Ensure parties are staffed to Make Meaning guidelines

• Maintain schedules within the allocated labor hours provided

• Identify and utilize opportunities to build business and Brand

• Follow all marketing directives from the Home Office

• Responsible and accountable for responding to and remedying Guest complaints and comments

• Motivate the level of floor supervision to achieve maximize sales results

• Partner with General Manager to ensure vision and mission are accurately and appropriately communicated thru the offering

• Ensure an environment that supports, teamwork, ethical behavior and inclusiveness for all team members

• Responsible for communicating sales goals and motivating and inspiring Staff to meet company objectives

• Maintain open communication among Staff

• Excellent motivational and leadership skills; focus on Guest service, honest, intelligent, results driven, foster open communication, excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills and excellent with children

• Serve as a role model for others by modeling teamwork, professionalism, poise and composure

• Possess a positive, solution-minded attitude and be willing to step into a myriad of roles as needed

• Foster open environment thru idea sharing and active listening resulting in positive employee relations

• Authorized to provide excellent service to Guests and exceed expectations in all instances.
