1.Shall use personal protective equipment. Shall respect all safety, health and environment rules. Shall maintain their work environment in a manner which is neat, orderly, and free from tripping hazard.
2.The operator shall take all appropriate measures in order to avoid spillages by using spillages kits where necessary
3.The operator shall to dispose in appropriate bins the waste material generated during process
4.The operator shall to announce any abnormality observed in the plant and shall to inform immediately his direct Supervisor
5.Perform threading machine setting, change the size and make proper correction according with the size, type of thread and steel grade of coupling.
6.Respect work instruction and technical file request.
7.Verify compliance of technical and technological documentation according with technical file request, complete all the production forms request and guarantees the information recorded.
8.Use and keep properly the gauges / measurement tools in the precision level
9.Receive feed-back from Quality Inspector and apply correction in setup if is request
10.Work with maintenance staff to solve the problem on the machine when will be appeared.
11.Participate to all training organize by company to improve skills and professional knowledge
12.Stop threading machine if it finds the occurrence of non-compliance and take action to solve it. Inform coupling shop foreman.
13.Ensures that equipment and tools used on production remain in good condition, use a proper way for operating.
14.Comply and adhere to all company policies, including Quality Policy and SHE Policy
