The Role:
The role is to assist Customer Experience Manager in proactively driving customer and associate engagement in the organization.
The key responsibilities are as follows:
* To contact customers regarding the products and services of Honda in a professional manner.
* To ensure that all vehicle service bookings are respectively confirmed in both the customer and the service center.
* To create and submit the daily reports regarding call and booking logs on time.
* To handle all customer enquiries and complaints. To ensure that all enquiries are responded in accordance with the company standards.
* To ensure that all complaints are reported and resolved before closing the case. The job holder has to make sure that the issue has been resolved through follow up calls.
* To assist Customer Experience Manager with his administrative requirements.
