* Assist by getting information from other departments / sources, order handling, finance as deemed necessary by line manager.
* Act as liaison between line manager and other departments ( internal / external )
* Program development for sales meetings and special events; including : activities, logistics, materials, guests, etc.
* Support in information gathering for customers and marketing
* Administer motivational programs for sales dept (MBO’s etc...)
* Assist in the development and implementation of projects as instructed by the line manager ( forecasting adhoc tasks, etc )
* Customer analysis, sales analysis, & deviation between sales and forecasts as instructed by line manager.
* Create, Orgainse and finalise documents / files as instructed by line manager (letters, faxes, etc...)
* Act as central point of contact and information when line manager is out of the office
* Customers meeting preparation (documents, presentation, mock ups …) internal meeting orgainsation.
* Line Manager trip organization, coordination with local offices and customers
* File records, letters, line manager planning, mails
* Support Line Manager in all daily activities
* Implement and manage electronic filing system
