An exciting start-up operation specialized in consultancy in the pharmaceutical industry is currently looking for an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant who could also look after the company’s administrative needs and maintain confidential data. You will work closely with the senior management and directorial stuff to provide support and help them to make the best use of their time by managing meeting appointments and personal calendar. The position is based in the UAE and reports into the Managing Director for the Middle East region
Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:
devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
evaluate and document partnership, ensuring all activity is recorded accurately on database
carrying out specific projects and research
responsibility for accounts and budgets
provide reports and analysis as required
