About Your Job:
The post holder will be responsible to coordinate and supervise all inventory control function managing financial and non-financial asset across the Commercial and Residential properties. Engage with landlords and maintain furnishing and fixtures for all properties. Implement policies and process related for procurement, allocation, usage and disposal loose assets in line with policy and procedure. Maintain and control inventory of Qatar Airways and the landlord's assets for each building, ensure each building inventory is checked at the time of hand over from both landlords and internal customer. Inventory control of individual apartments when staff are leaving/joining, prepare report on the status of the apartments and assets.
Maintain a computer based inventory system for each item and produce reports on usages and breakages. Record any items which are non-functioning or have broken beyond repairable to be safely stored and dispose the item correctly according with policies, financial guidelines and work flows. Coordinate with Team Leaders on a daily basis in dealing with audit checks, complaints and communication with Occupants regarding defects or other issues to be action accordingly.
About You:
You must have minimum 4 years or more job related experience within a multinational organisation. You must have experience working in a similar position in the Gulf Countries and should have a valid Qatar or any GCC Driving license. You must be educated with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
You should have experience of managing Fixed Assets and dealing with various people at all different level. You should have advanced MS Office knowledge and must be efficient in using MS Excel and use EPR module on asset management. You must be able to work under pressure and be organised with excellent communication skills.
