Our client, a respected IT Consultancy inRiyadh, Saudi Arabiais looking for Information Management Software Pre-Sales Specialist.
Criteria:
- Bachelor Degree in Computing / IT/ MIS
- At least 5 years of experience in working with IBM Database Management, IBM Data Warehousing, IBM Information Integration, IBM Master Information, Database Security, IBM Identity Insight, IBM InfoSphere Information Server and IBM Enterprise Content Management
- At least 5 years of experience in Web Services standards (e.g. WS-I Basic Profile)
- At least 5 years of experience in Service Oriented Architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience in J2EE platforms.
- At least 5 years of experience in Software development methodologies
- At least 5 years of experience in Complimentary IBM software products for the Information Management brand.
- At least 5 years of experience in various industries and like Government, Banking and Financial Services, Insurance and Telco
- Certified IBM DB2, Infosphere, Netezza and Filenet (preferred)
- Certified IT Specialist or IT Architect (preferred)
- Must be an Arabic Speaker.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical support and assistance for customers. They will work to understand the customer's business needs and technical challenges. They deliver high quality solution presentations and demonstrations to clients in response to varying business requirements by utilizing product, technology, industry and business skills. The Client Technical Professional has an in-depth understanding of products, offerings and services within their specialty.
The IBM Information management Client Technical Professional will actively seek and identify new sales opportunities. They provide technical sales support which may include: collaboration with sales teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions; lead and deliver Proof of Concepts; develop and deliver customized demonstrations; support critical situations; provide short term consultancy services to clients; and answer technical questions. As a member of the sales team, they will be engaged in customer facing activities, be responsible for the technical accuracy of the proposed solution, and lead the technical aspects of the sale.
