Our client a multinational manufacturing appliances company is looking for a Marketing Manager to be based in Saudi Arabia
Job Summary:
As the Marketing Manager for the Saudi operation, you will be responsible for planning, developing and implementation of all of the three brands marketing strategies, market communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. You would have to handle timely execution and localization of marketing activities and campaigns.
Job Description:
Develop and gain approval on annual marketing plan for Saudi Arabia.
Evaluate market opportunities for new product launches as well as existing ones.
Ensure successful launch/roll out of agreed new products and marketing initiatives.
Enhance brand(s) image through excellency in execution.
Manage A&P budget for Saudi Arabia and issue periodical updates.
Work closely with regional marketing team on developing marketing programs.
Analyze sales and retail audit data and come up with action plans to grow share.
Analyze key competitors’ activities and initiate action plans when needed.
Carry out consumer research when needed.
Design marketing programs per distribution channels’ requirements.
Ensure effective brands’ communication including company website, print communication, and advertising.
Provide post analysis to assess effectiveness of key marketing programs.
Provide leadership and coach rest of marketing team.
Collaborate with other functions specifically sales to ensure best outcome.
