The programme is for those university graduates who are interested in a career in Wholesale Banking. Through classroom and on-the-job training, you will learn how to analyze credit, be a team leader, be a relationship officer, among other things.
Detailed Description
Course training;
Moody’s Certification Programme: Moody’s Analytics (UK) is internationally recognised as a standard for Credit Risk Assessment and credit- related courses.
Up-skilling Credit Programme: this is a programme to train UAE nationals without wholesale banking skills in accounting, credit and financial analysis so they can understand trade and how to analyze credit proposals.
Rotation;
As part of this programme, you will be rotated through the following departments then deployed after 18 months:
• CRAD ( Credit Administration)
• GCD ( Group Credit Department)
• ETFS ( Emirates Trade Finance Services)
• CBUs ( Corporate Banking Units)
