Planner - EVA Pharma / EVA Cosmetics

Enters all Purchase Requests on the software System.

Maintains inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.

Follows-up on the warehouses inventory levels and monitor all raw and packing transactions.

Follows-up on the production plan and ensure implementation.

Works closely with local / foreign purchasing to ensure having the materials on time.

Insures proper alignment of the planned purchasing orders taking into consideration the minimum order quantities, lead time…etc.

Measures Monthly stock level for raw & packing materials.

Follows-up on the other department (Q.C. for under inspection items, Purchasing for open P.O., Warehouses for storage capacity ...etc).
