Production Operations Management Training Instructor - Accenture Middle East

Job Description



Industry Applications professionals design, implement and deploy packaged software solutions that have been developed to accommodate unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business needs.



The POM Training Instructor will deliver classroom training to the Client manufacturing workforce on client’s Manufacturing Operation Management (MOM) suite of applications and associated work processes, specifically the Production Operations Management (POM) applications. Course materials will be instructor ready, and trainer enablement sessions will be required for instructors to educate them on the course content.



Depending on home location, the Training Instructor will either relocate to Saudi Arabia or travel as needed for training sessions. Client power users will be present at training sessions (when available) to offer application functional support and client perspective/context.



Alignment of Training Instructors to training courses will be based on instructor background/knowledge of the subject matter of the given course, but this may vary throughout the delivery period based on schedule and availability of instructors. In most cases, instructors will be asked to lead the training for multiple applications.

§ Aspen KPI Builder

§ Aspen Process Explorer

§ Aspen Process Recipe

§ Aspen Process Sequencer

§ Aspen Production Record Manager (APRM)

§ Fast Data Logger

§ Honeywell Alarm & Event

§ IP.21 Process Browser

§ Mass & Energy Balance (M&EB)

§ Northwest Analytical Quality Analyst Server (NWA QAS)

§ Operations Dashboard

§ Order and Recipe Execution Management (OREM)

§ Red Tag Management Systems (RTMS)



Position Responsibilities:



§ Deliver training content.

§ Address end user questions.

§ Perform application demonstrations in training environment.

§ Assist users with activities in training environment.

§ Follow up on parking lot topics (questions the instructor was not able to address during classroom time)

§ Administer end user evaluations and assessments.

§ Ensure course flow is paced properly.

§ Ensure audience stays engaged.

§ Address “classroom housekeeping” items (printed materials are present, room properly set up, etc.)

§ Provide continuous improvement suggestions for course materials (suggest updates to content and in some cases, make updates to course materials)

§ Instructors may be asked to assist with implementation activities as time permits.
