Middle East Jobs: Project Coordinator - Advance Operation Technology

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in the creation of project plans, status reports, checklists

• Maintenance and upkeep of project plans, status reports,

• Ensures that project tasks are completed on time on budget

• Creates, updates, and manages client project Open Issues Lists

• Assists in the creation of project budgets

• Managing the implementation of Oracle EBS R12 using (IT) Project Management Standards.

• ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all project processes and management reports according to IT Project Management Standards and

• Organizing, planning, and directing major project activities throughout the project’s lifecycle.

Project Coordinator Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related technical field

• Excellent proactive verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English

• Strong documentation and reporting skills, strong familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project

• Good Knowledge of Oracle EBS (Financials, HRMS and Supply Chain) is a plus.

• Effectively communicates with teammates and managers for workflows & scheduling

• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing effectively

• Must be an Arab national.

• Candidates residing in Saudi Arabia will be preferred but not mandatory.
