Recruitment Supervisor - Supreme Food Company

1) Main Duties:



a. Supervising the functions of recruitment; searching for and collecting applications of potential candidates for company employment.

b. Adhering to the recruitment procedures & policy from the stage of receiving the approved job requisitions, the search for the right candidates who match the job description required up to the stage of job joining.

c. Maintaining and developing a solid application data base and classifying the applications to ensure easy reference and accessibility.

d. Compiling and maintaining a database for local recruitment advertising agencies and on-line sites that provide recruitment services.

e. Ensuring a proper screening and short listing of applicants and conducting the first interviews before referring to the HR Manager.

f. Preparing the letter of appointment, Job offer & contract for new hires.

g. Coordinating with oversee recruiting agencies & provide them by required documentations to finalize the employment procedures for international employees.

h. Coordinating with Support Service Department in receiving new international employees.

i. Receiving new hiring employees and introduce them to their line manager.

j. Providing Government Relations Section with the required documentations of new hires to ensure registering them in Lobar Office record.

k. Ensuring completing the new hiring files, creating employee number through SAP & delivering the completed file to Personnel Section.

l. Preparing the HRDF agreement and keep following up the payments to ensure getting them on time.



2) Administrative Duties:

m. Motivating and technical training department staff.

n. Preparing the weekly, monthly, & yearly recruitment reports.
