Refinery Maintenance Manager - UBSCO PPMS

PPMS is a company providing solutions to the Oil and Gas indusry.

We have been awarded the mission to create, build and transfer a Maintenance Technical Support Centre (MTSC) for a mega grass root refinery in Saudi Arabia.

We are recruiting a Refinery Maintenance Manager.



The mission:

To assist and advise, the development and implementation of the strategies regarding plant maintenance activities;

To manage the discipline engineering and maintenance activities in order to ensure asset integrity and reliability by the production of instructions and procedures;

To prepare and plan the plant maintenance activities;

To support the implementation of CMMS SAP;

To create, build and transfer a central documentation system (hard & soft copies, EDMS);

To elaborate and issue individual maintenance requirements for systems and equipment.

Duration: 1 year minimum

Start: immediate

Rotations: 10 weeks on site / 2 weeks on leave



Responsibilities:

You will be in charge of a team up to 8 persons (4 technical writers, 2 document controllers, 2 administrative assistants), to elaborate and issue the maintenance general instructions for all refinery units (12-off);

You will liaise with the Client in terms of policies, duties, progress, resources and invoicing;



Profile requested:

Candidate shall hold at least one current internationally recognized professional certification and have good knowledge of US Standards;

Minimum ten (10 years) experience at management level in maintenance for a major Oil & Gas process plant;

Experience in elaborating maintenance policies and reliability procedures;

Experience in document production, review and approval; Major in are of the following: Rotating equipment, Instrumentation, Electrical, Static equipment;

Proficiency in the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel...);

Strong experience in Project Management;
