Fresh Del Monte is looking to hire a 'Sales Export Manager' to join our sales team and add a significant value to the excisting team. In the position you there will be also travelling involved and candidates are expected to have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. Previous FMCG experience dealing with food products and having done export sales are a must.
The main areas of responsibility:
-Existing Distributors Management.
-Preparation of annual Business plans, translating these into operational plans and executing these plans with the distributors, within the allocated budget.
-Gain New business opportunities, New Distributors, New Markets /Territories
-Develop new products based on the market needs.
-Educate distributors
Knowledge and Skills needed:
-Understanding of processed food
-Ability to communicate and build relationships with Governmental departments, clients, Distributors, Logistics and people within the market.
-Strong negotiation skills
-Public relations skills
