Job description:
1- Put in place the schedule of the beauty consultants in coordination with the sales manager .
2- Daily follow-up with the beauty consultants in order to make sure that they respect their agreed on arrival and dismissal hours (in the various shops)
3- Carry out on-site training for the beauty consultant on product knowledge, sales techniques, and make-up trials for the consumers
4- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the beauty consultants using the management report & mystery shopper report
5- Ensure that all beauty consultants respect company policies and procedures
6- Participate in preparing the career plan for the beauty consultants
7- Participate in organizing mall podiums and other similar events
8- Ensure that all permanent merchandising material are displayed correctly in all outlets
