•Participate in developing strategic plans to ensure station performance progress.
•Oversee the receiving and release process and plan resources accordingly thru coordination with logistics & sales operations.
•Plan & communicate the needs and objectives to key personnel to help the entire team understand the timing required and individual input necessary to make the operations run smoothly.
•Supervise the process of receiving, quality inspection & storing products inside stores and ensure their efficiency and effectiveness.
•Supervise the agriculture products inspection processes carried out by plant health quarantine and ensure their efficiency and effectiveness.
•Supervise maintenance of stores equipments, cold stores, facilities and ensure the availability of spare parts especially the critical ones.
•Evaluate continually the station operations and the threats and opportunities within it in and recommend better techniques to enhance process efficiency.
•Apply health, safety and security standards.
•Manage and monitor the “on job training” of the station’s staff and accordingly prepare training needs and submit them to HR manager for review and approval.
•Manage and approve the performance evaluations of his subordinates’ teams and forward them to HR department.
•Participate in recruitment process of the station staff.
•Rationalize costs and expenses within approved budgets
•Submit monthly reports about the station’s performance to the direct manager.
•Represent the group in dealing with external entities
•Ensure all policies & regulations are applied within the station.
