Workforce Planning Manager - Rawaj Co. for Recruitment

•The primary responsibility of this role is to provide comprehensive workforce planning for the entire organization. This includes development and execution of various staffing strategies, including internal staffing, resource forecasting, and external recruiting needs.



•This role is responsible for ensuring that the workforce is positioned to successfully achieve corporate level strategies in business growth by developing and implementing staffing strategies.



•Develop and implement relations and talent identification strategies that will enable the company to advance.



•Serve as lead integrator for internal stakeholder teams to ensure alignment, optimization and an integrated approach to organization strategies and engagements.



•Strengthen the operating structure, process and tools with an emphasis on maximizing the impact on and value of the organization engagements relative to business goals.



•Lead efforts to enhance the quantity and quality of our future workforce pipeline through different programming and strategies.



•Lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate capacity planning team.



•Provide operational cost benefit analysis and guidance for internal business units and other segments in a manner which effectively establishes, implements, and communicates departmental objectives.



•Reviews and analyzes workforce continuously to respond to, and where appropriate forecast Authority staffing needs. Executes complete recruiting initiative from classification and compensation design to successful on-boarding of best qualified candidates.



•Plans, coordinates, and facilitates organizational learning for all employee classifications to include non-bargaining and bargaining employees and supervises human resources consultants in the design and delivery of organizational learning initiatives for the Authority to include but not be limited to policy administration, employment law, labor law, safety and occupational safety.



•Maintains position control for the agency in conjunction with the Finance Division pursuant to Board and workforce requirements.



•Maintains currency of employment data in agency’s proprietary human resources database and ERP systems.



•Researches and prepares requests for proposals (RFPs), statements of work (SOWs) and independent cost estimates (ICEs) for procurement of workforce planning, staffing and training and learning services from outside vendors and contractors and liaises with vendors and contractors.
