Accounts Auditor - S.O.S. HR Solutions

• Communicate on a regular basis with Property Managers and Senior Accountant

• Record and reconcile financial information on a daily, monthly basis

• Prepare and records necessary monthly accruals.

• Perform and assist with month-end close procedures

• Prepare necessary funding request to 3rd party owners .

• Prepare management fee calculation and billings .

• Check accuracy of lease dates, rents, options, etc., before leases are presented to the client

• Prepare and distribute monthly lease listings

• Document and record financial transactions in the company data base.

• Verify funds of all accounts

• Monitor the rent collection

• Prepare weekly reporting of collection statistics and metrics

• Reviewing maintenance and services contracts before contract are presented to the dept. manager

• Auditing maintenance invoices .

• Assist with preparation of annual budgets and special project budgets

• Prepare special reports as directed by Supervisors and dept. manager.
